Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fleeter desktop application, the Fleeter web account and authentication pages, and any related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Fleeter (“Fleeter”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What Fleeter does

Fleeter turns tickets from your issue tracker (for example, Jira) into agent-driven coding sessions, run on your behalf inside an isolated git worktree — planned, implemented, and opened as a pull request against your source repository (for example, Bitbucket or GitHub). Fleeter is downloadable software installed on your own machine; the web account pages handle sign-in, account management, and connecting third-party integrations.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You’re responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@fleeter.dev if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Connected integrations

Fleeter can connect to third-party services you authorize — such as Jira, Bitbucket, GitHub, Linear, Slack, or Teams — using OAuth. By connecting an integration, you grant Fleeter permission to read and write data on that service strictly to carry out the actions you configure (for example, reading a ticket, opening a pull request, or posting a status update). You can disconnect an integration at any time from your account settings; doing so revokes Fleeter’s access going forward.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of a third party’s rights;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble, or bypass any security or licensing mechanism of the Service;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the systems it connects to;
• Use the Service to access or process code or tickets you’re not authorized to access.

6. Early access

Fleeter is under active development. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice, and the Service is provided on an “as available” basis during this period. We’ll do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance.

7. Intellectual property

Fleeter and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to Fleeter’s trademarks or logos. You retain all rights to your own code, tickets, and content processed through the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that agent-generated code or pull requests are error-free or fit for production use without your own review.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fleeter will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if continued access would create risk or legal exposure for us or others.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
